Ralph S. Alberts Co., Inc. is now offering compression molded parts.
The compression molding process is a natural extension the RS Alberts Co.'s manufacturing capability. With a focus on prototype and low volume specialty molding, most of the components for the compression molding process were already in place. Compression molded parts can be used for custom gaskets, seals and covers for use in chainsaw, lawn mower, pressure washers, and weed eater/small engine primer bulbs, carburetor primers, and primer buttons. Part materials range from EPDM, Neoprene and Viton with other materials being added as the compression molding process expands. Current maximum part size is 7" X 7" X 5". Utilizing CNC machined aluminum material, all tooling and molding is constructed and processed in house.
