Urethane Foam

Ralph S. Alberts' Urethane Foam Division encompasses the rigid, high density and low density foam market.

We can use a costumers existing tool if compatible with our process or create our own. The tooling for these products use high-temperature epoxy laminates. Aluminum, Silicones and Urethanes are sometimes incorporated. Patterns for these specific products are created by a skilled pattern maker at out facility or by one of our various sub-contractors. The final product will only be as good as the tooling used to create it.

Rigid Polyurethane Foams are manufactured for use in test fixtures; nesting/material handling devices and totes for conveyor lines. Trim molding for the Commercial Residential and High-End Playhouse market are also constructed.

We take advantage of High-density flexible urethane foam to create rough service products in the form of lift truck parts; conveyor pallets and amusement related bumpers. The Medical and Aerospace industry also benefit from these materials.

Low-Denstiy Polyurethanes fill our customer's needs in the Amusement, Sports, Spa and Medical/Healthcare fields. Our softer, more comfortable molded part gives our clients the satisfaction that their safety and durability specifications are met.

With the ability to color match our coatings on site we can provide virtually any colored product while imparting chemical resistance. These coatings also help combat mildew and fungal growth while still helping to protect the part from harmful UV rays!
