We formulate our own proprietary elastomer gels in-house directly from the base polymers. In this way, we keep tight control of both costs and quality and are able to respond quickly to customer needs for both fast turn projects and/or requirements for unique tactile or other critical gel properties.
We also offer a complete range of visco-elastic gel materials from soft elastomers in the 20-30 Shore A range down to super-soft gels as low as 20 "000" Shore A. Where required for medical and skin contact applications, all gels are phthalate and latex free and are formulated from U.S.P. or F.D.A. compliant ingredients. Our gels are recyclable.
In-house tooling options for gel processing include ceramic, epoxy, silicone and several types of cast, machined or formed thin-shell metallic tooling.
