Once again, The Ralph S. Alberts Co. is making great strides in the amusement industry. We have recently been named the sole manufacturer of foam padding for the Rocky Mountain Coasters Company! RMC is located in Hayden, Idaho and has been designing, constructing and installing coasters since 2001. The company currently has 27 coasters in operation and are in the process of building 7 more! Some of the parks and their respective coasters include Six Flags Fiesta Texas; Iron Rattler; Six Flags Great America; Goliath, Dollywood; Lightning Rod and Six Flags Mexico; Medusa. One of the most awe-inspiring would have to be the Iron Rattler, boasting a staggering drop of 171 feet with an amazing drop angle of 81 degrees, a blazing top speed of 70 mph, four over-banked turns — more than any other hybrid coaster, and the first of its kind to feature a completely inverted barrel roll!!! A few other notable parks are located in Sweden and South Korea. Rocky Mountain Coasters is also well known for it’s designing of water park features and miniature golf courses. We see this as a monumental step in the growth of our business.
