Position Overview:  As a 3rd shift team member, you’ll be part of a close-knit production crew in the Foam department. You’ll work with tools and materials to assemble, mold, or finish parts, while rotating between tasks and collaborating with your team. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are key in this fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate hand and pneumatic tools
• Maintain and prepare molds for processing
• Assemble, disassemble, and inspect parts
• Collaborate with your team to ensure high-quality and timely task completion
• Adhere to safety protocols and minimize risks
• Contribute to an environment that values continuous improvement
• Utilize production-driven software

Requirements:

• Willingness to get fitted for a respirator
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capability to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime

Shift Details:

• Schedule: Third shift, Sunday – Thursday (morning) 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
• Shift Differential: 15% additional pay for third shift hours (included in the starting rate).
• Special Requirements: Must be willing to use a respirator and be clean-shaven.
